Whether its through United Way contribution, March of Dimes event sponsorship, donating turkeys to the Salvation Army for Thanksgiving or other events, our employees are committed to giving back to the community.
A group of employees from various departments participate in the reach out committee. This group is largely responsible for determining how the company will invest philanthropy funds in the communities where we operate. The company also sponsors various fund-raising events in the community. In addition, employees actively volunteer and contribute to their favorite causes. Finally, it is commonplace to see teams creating grassroots efforts to assist someone in need in our community.
Our customer focus drives much of the cross functional communication that takes place as part of our Management Control and Reporting System. In addition, on a quarterly basis, the management team hosts town hall meetings to interact with team members from all facilities and teams. In addition, our e-Bulletin Boards are constantly giving you important information via TV monitors in break rooms. Staff meetings and huddle crew meetings share valuable information about function-specific events.
