In addition, we offer prescription drug plans, will match your HSA contributions up to $2,000, an offer a 100% paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which allows OG to offer legal, financial and other services, free of cost to employees and their spouses. We hold wellness events and offer discount programs for medical equipment and gym memberships.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
After 6 months of employment, Outlook Group will match 4% to employees who are deferring 5% of their income.
